Terms of Service

Welcome to SIDO Health ("Application," "SIDO Health," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SIDO Health, a health and wellness application operated by SIDO LLC.
SIDO Health may connect with third-party health platforms, including Google Health, Oura, and WHOOP, to provide health dashboards, wellness insights, alerts, and related player health workflows.
By accessing or using SIDO Health, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, connecting a health integration, or otherwise accessing or using SIDO Health, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
If you use SIDO Health on behalf of a business, team, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use SIDO Health. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Privacy and Data Usage
Your use of SIDO Health is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information, including Google account information and health and wellness data from connected provider accounts.
By using SIDO Health and connecting a provider account, you authorize us to access, process, store, and display the data you approve through that provider's authorization flow.
4. Use of Google Health API
SIDO Health uses the Google Health API to access certain health and wellness data from your connected Google account after you grant permission.
Depending on the permissions you approve, this data may include your Google account email address, activity and fitness data, exercise GPS/location data, sleep data, heart rate and related health metrics, heart rate variability, SpO2, VO2 max, ECG data, Irregular Rhythm Notifications data, nutrition, hydration, profile information, settings, timezone, and device-related information where available.
We use Google Health data to provide and improve user-facing SIDO Health features, including health dashboards, player monitoring, wellness insights, alerts, and related workflows.
SIDO Health's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You understand that Google may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Google Health API or related services at any time, which may affect SIDO Health functionality.
You agree not to misuse Google Health data or attempt to access, extract, reverse-engineer, or use Google API Services outside the intended functionality of SIDO Health.
5. Use of Oura API
SIDO Health may use the Oura API to access certain health and wellness data from your connected Oura account after you grant permission.
By connecting Oura, you authorize SIDO Health to access, process, store, and display approved Oura data in the Application.
You understand that Oura may modify, suspend, or discontinue its API or related services at any time, which may affect SIDO Health functionality.
You agree not to misuse Oura data or attempt to access, extract, reverse-engineer, or use Oura services outside the intended functionality of SIDO Health.
6. Use of WHOOP API
SIDO Health may use the WHOOP API to access certain health and wellness data from your connected WHOOP account after you grant permission.
By connecting WHOOP, you authorize SIDO Health to access, process, store, and display approved WHOOP data in the Application.
You understand that WHOOP may modify, suspend, or discontinue its API or related services at any time, which may affect SIDO Health functionality.
You agree not to misuse WHOOP data or attempt to access, extract, reverse-engineer, or use WHOOP services outside the intended functionality of SIDO Health.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or using SIDO Health.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use SIDO Health for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Application, its servers, networks, security features, or connected provider integrations.
You agree not to access or attempt to access data, accounts, systems, or integrations that you are not authorized to access.
8. Team and Group Access
SIDO Health is designed for health and wellness workflows involving players, teams, organizations, or authorized groups.
Depending on your role and permissions, health and wellness data may be visible to authorized members of your team, organization, or group.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SIDO Health and any health data accessed through the Application complies with applicable laws, contracts, team policies, and consent requirements.
9. Medical Disclaimer
SIDO Health is provided for informational, wellness, performance, and operational purposes only.
SIDO Health is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
You should always consult a healthcare professional for medical questions, symptoms, treatment decisions, or health concerns.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of health data received from connected providers.
10. Intellectual Property
SIDO Health, including its software, design, content, graphics, interfaces, workflows, and features, is owned by SIDO LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on SIDO Health unless expressly authorized by us in writing.
11. Third-Party Services
SIDO Health may rely on or integrate with third-party services, APIs, platforms, and infrastructure providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies from those providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services, including outages, changes, data inaccuracies, API modifications, or discontinued functionality.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to SIDO Health at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for SIDO Health or other users, misused data, violated applicable law, or engaged in harmful conduct.
You may stop using SIDO Health at any time. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at staff@sido.gg.
Termination or suspension may not automatically delete data that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, backup, audit, or operational purposes.
13. Disclaimers
SIDO Health is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that SIDO Health will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, or compatible with all devices, systems, providers, or integrations.
We do not warrant that data from Google Health, Oura, WHOOP, or any other provider will always be accurate, complete, current, or available.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIDO LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of SIDO Health.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to SIDO Health will not exceed the amount paid by you to SIDO LLC for use of the Application during the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SIDO LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of SIDO Health, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of data, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the Application or on our website with a new effective date.
Your continued use of SIDO Health after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or SIDO Health will first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The arbitration will take place in Austin, Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security, or unauthorized use of the Application.
