  • Sync health data from connected providers after you authorize access.
  • Support team, group, or organization workflows where authorized staff need to view player health information.
  • Maintain account access, authentication, authorization, and security.
  • Communicate with you about support, product updates, account issues, and service notices.

3. Google API Data Use

SIDO Health's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information received from Google APIs may include Google account information, such as your Google account email address, and Google Health data that you authorize through the Google consent flow.

We use Google Health data only to provide and improve user-facing SIDO Health features that are visible in the Application, such as health dashboards, wellness insights, player monitoring, alerts, and related health workflows.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google Health data for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, credit-worthiness, lending, or data brokerage.

We do not transfer Google Health data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve SIDO Health's user-facing features, comply with applicable law, protect security, or as otherwise permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy and with appropriate user consent where required.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or health data.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Within Your Authorized Group: Health and wellness data may be visible to authorized members of your team, organization, or group inside SIDO Health, depending on your role, permissions, and the Application's intended functionality.

With Service Providers: We may use service providers to host, operate, secure, analyze, or support the Application. These providers are authorized to process information only as necessary to provide services to us and are subject to confidentiality and security obligations.

For Security and Abuse Prevention: We may access or share information when necessary to detect, prevent, or investigate security incidents, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.

As Required by Law: We may disclose information if required to comply with legal obligations, court orders, subpoenas, law enforcement requests, or regulatory requirements.

Business Transfers: If SIDO LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.

5. Data Storage and Security

We store information in private systems and databases with security measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

We use safeguards such as encryption, access controls, secure servers, authentication controls, monitoring, and operational security practices.

OAuth access and refresh tokens for connected providers are stored securely and are used only to maintain authorized provider connections.

Despite our efforts, no system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide SIDO Health, maintain authorized integrations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support security and audit requirements.

Connected provider data may remain stored after synchronization so that SIDO Health can display historical dashboards, trends, alerts, and insights.

If you disconnect a provider integration, we will stop future data collection from that provider and revoke or clear provider tokens where supported. Previously synced data may remain stored unless you request deletion or unless deletion is otherwise required by law or our internal retention practices.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information or connected health data.
  • Withdraw consent for connected provider access by disconnecting an integration.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.

To exercise these rights, contact us at staff@sido.gg.

Deleting certain data or disconnecting provider access may limit or prevent your use of some SIDO Health features.

8. Connected Provider Controls

You may disconnect health integrations inside SIDO Health where supported.

You may also manage or revoke Google account access through your Google Account permissions page.

Disconnecting an integration prevents future sync from that provider but may not automatically delete previously synced data unless you request deletion.

9. Children's Privacy

SIDO Health is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

SIDO Health may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of those third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the Application or on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of SIDO Health after an update means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
